web hosting account set-up

Hi Raven,

I just ordered a web hosting package yesterday and received an e-mail requesting some information to complete account set-up. My domain name was not requested in the e-mail.

I provided the information requested but just still wondering if the account set-up be possible without my domain name?

Your account was set up with the domain name you later provided. You should have received your Welcome letter already.

I am yet to receive a welcome letter.

I am also yet to receive the e-mail supposed to contain the password reset I requested as I couldnt log on to Cpanel.

I have sent them twice to the email address you supplied me. If you use some sort of a spam blocker, check your spam folder.

All spam are deleted upon receipt. Could you please send again and I will adjust my spam settings. Thanks.
